Tikaani

Tikaani is a loving boy who enjoys being with the family and he will happily share your bed :)

Tikaani is chilled around the house and he is happy to laze around, however he really enjoys his walks and he will require a daily exercise routine to keep him happy.

Tikaani has attended puppy school and obedience training, so he does have his commands down pat. Being a malamute, he can be stubborn so he will need a family that is used to his mally ways.

Tikaani is good on lead, but he can pull at the start of the walks, and also when passing other dogs out of excitement. Tikaani is a large and boisterous boy, hence he is suited to an adult home or a home with children that are in their teens.

Tikaani has socialised with large dogs, and he has lived with a female companion of similar size and nature, so he could possibly go into a home with a large female dog pending a meet and greet goes well. No cats or pockets pets please.

Tikaani has no recall which is typical of his breed. He will run away if he is offlead in an open space, hence he needs a fully fenced & secure backyard.

Tikaani's favorite pass-times are: playing tug of war, getting cuddles, spending time with the family, exercise, enjoying big bones and his kong.
