Hi I’m Joe Dirt, brother to Alexander the Greyt. I love meeting new doggy friends and playing with them. I’m good with kids so if you there are tiny humans at your house I’m alright with that. I’m as cute as a black button and so snuggly and friendly. So what if I do the occasional bit of landscaping and sit in it to cool off? Give me a sandpit and I’ll landscape that. Now I may be a hill billy compared to my sleek brindle brother but everyone knows black goes with everything anyway – pick the underdog and I won’t disappoint you! Contact info@greyhoundrescue.com.au

Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
