About Ziggy (On Trial 11 May)
Hi I’m Ziggy, I’m very friendly and will give you a big smile, I’m good with other greyhounds, but I haven’t hung around anydoggy else yet. I am great with kids, although I can be a little timid around loud noises so would be best in a quiet household. I am too energetic at present for an apartment so would be best suited to a back yard. I love to give you grins if you say cheese, it may look scary but I’m just so HAPPY to see you! When I’ve finished my meal I like to take my bowl somewhere else – I’d put it in the sink for washing up but I just can’t get there! Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
