Miki ~ 6mo Red Cattledog x girl (On Trial 20/4/17)

Miki is a beautiful 6 month old Stumpy Tail Red Cattle dog X girl. She is a very affectionate, smart little girl who is looking for a forever home. She would make a great agility dog as she is training quite well. Whilst in foster care she has been learning how to sit, drop, stay and to wait for an invitation before coming inside.

Miki is an energetic puppy, however she also enjoys some quiet time, laying out on her daybed sleeping or resting her head on you gazing into your eyes - Her eyes show she quite an old soul at heart. She is still resisting the urge to kiss in the face, but is learning quickly. She loves to follow her foster brother around the yard, play with a ball and have a little game of tug.

Miki is house trained (whilst in foster care she has not had any accidents). She is happy sleeping inside or outside with some pillows and blankets and settles easy of a night time on her little bed (no yelping or howling when she sleeps away from humans in the lounge room).

Miki is still a pup and therefore occasionally chews, however this has not been problematic in foster care and will be easily fixed with training as she responds well to her foster parents. Miki is still learning that the vaccuum is not as scary as it sounds and is a little startled by loud noises such as power tools. She would do well in having some toys and balls around to keep her entertained and comforted.

Miki is fantastically affectionate and inquisitive and would suit a couple or family where she can be included in her humans adventures and walks very well on the lead. She would be suitable for a family with another dog, providing the dog is willing to play or snuggle with her. She would also be a fantastic companion where there are no other dogs as she loves to snuggle with her humans and is so easygoing.
