About Hunter and Dario
Hello, our names are Hunter (left) and Dario (right). We were rescued by a lady who saw that our owners moved out and left us behind with our mummy and other piggies. This lady contacted QLD Guinea Pig Refuge and they came to pick us up. The lady told the person who picked us up that we had no food or water and were left there to fend for ourselves. When we got picked up we were only a few days old. After we were rescued our foster mummy showed us what good food was. We now wheek a lot for our food and climb up the bars to see what food you are getting us and we absolutely love our cuddles and we do love to explore all over you when we have cuddles. Now we are are really happy. Will you be our FUREVER home?
We MUST go to an indoor home. Seeing as we have so much baby energy we are NOT allowed to go to a new home with young children, due to our constant wriggling around. In our cage, we aren't allowed to have C & C grids, as we can easily fit through the grids and escape, or ramps, in case we fall off and hurt our fragile little bones. Sometimes people say that our carers at the refuge are so picky on who we go to, but I guess they just care about us so much about us so much. If you would like to adopt me please fill out an adoption form today and hopefully we will be in your home soon
