About Alexandria
Stunning Miss Alexandria is a sweet little girl who loves to explore and play. She is one of a big family of six and for a long time she was the smallest one but now she is a lanky long-legged girl who is simply a gorgeous cat - inside and out!
Alexandria is inquisitive and affectionate - she loves to know what is going on, especially if it involves pats and love for her! She has a remarkably soft coat that begs to be stroked over and over and an endearing face that just draws you in. Alexandria loves to climb and play and investigate everything, no fading wallflower this girl has a big personality that will bring joy and fun to your family.
Not yet fully grown but not a tiny, fragile baby, sweet Alexandria is (like Goldilocks porridge!) just right. She is litter trained and knows how to use a scratchy pole. She is social with other cats and dogs. She's pretty much perfect!

Medical notes
Alexandria arrived in care before she was even born! Her mum was very young and was abandoned while she was pregnant, ultimately finding herself in the pound. Not a fun place to be at the best of times, certainly not when you are 2 weeks away from giving birth!
Her mum was extremely underweight and very very stressed. Unfortunately, although their mum did a great job looking after them, Alexandria and her 5 siblings got very sick when they were young. Alexandria had a severe respiratory infection, which has resolved now but she still has an occasional cough and she also had a bad eye infection, which has left her with one perpetually squinty eye (the left one).
She's not 100% perfect, but we know she has a perfect family who will love her all the same!

If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
