About Bandit
Bandit is a sweet, affectionate puppy looking for his forever home. He has a quiet, gentle nature and a peaceful presence around the house. Although he gets on well with other dogs he likes his own company too, and is happy quietly playing with a toy or exploring in the garden. He comes and asks for a cuddle, or likes to lie at your feet. He really is a great little companion.
Bandit was born in Tenant Creek but is currently in foster care in Darwin. We expect he will be a medium sized dog with a medium build and a moderate exercise need. He really enjoys off lead time exploring and can be trusted with dogs and people of all ages.
Our rescue and rehabilitation work happens in Central Australia, but because of the scarcity of local adopters, our rehoming operation is in South Australia. Bandit's adoption fee includes crate hire and a direct flight to Adelaide.
Medical notes
Bandit is fit and well and ready to go. He will be wormed and heart worm treated again just before leaving for his new home. We suggest that with all dogs from the NT they are wormed two weekly until they are five months old and have at least one further heartworm treatment after they arrive down south.
Adoption details
We request that prospective adopters email us with an initial enquiry. We will forward an application form. On receipt of the application form, we will make phone contact to discuss the adoption. We try hard to match the dog to the person, ultimately looking for the best fit for the dog. Shipping fees may or may not be included in the adoption fee, and this will be stated in the pet's profile.
