About Paddy ~ 6yo Cattle dog (on trial 21/4/17)
Introducing Paddy a 6year old Blue Cattle dog. Paddy is a beautiful natured boy who loves to play and chase balls.
Paddy enjoys his daily walks and is good when walking but dose get excited when another dog barks at him. Paddy has learnt to sit and Lay down and is an easy dog to train as he loves his treats and loves to please.
Paddy travels well in the car and loves to stick his head out the window and see and smell what is happening.
Paddy is well socialized with dogs and is currently in care with a Maltese who he gets along with and previously lived with another cattle dog. Paddy is not cat friendly.
Paddy is a high energy dog who will need someone who has time to walk him and play with him or a family that has an energetic playful dog. Paddy is not an escape artist and doesn't chew or dig.
Paddy was surrendered through no fault of his own but his Family situation changed. Paddy would love a family of his own who will love and play with him.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
