About Sabine ~ Stumpy Tail Cattle dog (On Trial 20/5/17)
Sabine is an absolutely beautiful 9 month old Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog who is looking for a big heart who will shower her with love and attention.
Sabine can be shy at first so will require patience and understanding, however once she learns to trust you she is an amazingly sweet and affectionate puppy who will form a really close bond with her new owner/s. She loves to cuddle up with you and will need to be in a home where she is allowed inside.
Sabine will be a very loyal, alert and smart dog. She has lots of energy and will need to have long walks each day - she is full of joy when at the park or the beach. She has no anxiety with other animals and gets on well with dogs of all sizes. She is house trained and walks fairly well on lead and will be great with children. She can't wait to begin a new adventure in her forever home!
To inquire about adopting Sabine, please contact Sue on 0419 634 957 or email suemasens65@hotmail.com. Sabine is in foster care at Belmont South, NSW (Lake Macquarie).
Sabine's adoption fee is $500 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
