About Sally
Sally is called Silly Sally in foster care due to her fun loving and cheeky nature. She is a lot of fun and would make someone a great companion. She is great with other dogs and currently in foster care with 15-20 others ranging from smaller staffys to large Mastiffs and Danes. And she is fun loving and friendly with all. She would do best in a home with another playful dog, perhaps a slightly older fun dog that can keep her stable and help her understand her manners at times.
She is also great with humans and has no issues with meeting and greeting people in the community. She would do great in a home with kids but would need a home that understands that she may accidentally jump up when she's a little too excited but other than that, she would love the energy and attention from children.
Sally also loves water. Give her a hose or a shell pool and she's the happiest girl ever.
She has seen cats whilst in foster care and didn't show any overall interest but a home with cats may suit her if the correct introductions and training is mastered. A home with nice and secure fencing of at least 5ft is essential to keep her safe and secure in her own yard. But rural fencing may be considered upon application.
A moderate to active home would suit Sally the best. One where she can be socialised and exercised in the community. She is learning her manners and basic obedience whilst in care and has shown to respond well to food and praise with ease.
Sally is located in the Hunter region near Gresford NSW and her adoption fee is $400.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
