About Snoopy
This little cutie is Snoopy.
Snoopy is a very loving and affectionate boy who loves being with his people. He is very social and loves lots of attention.
Snoopy has had a recent vet visit after his carers noticed he wasn't responding to their calls. It has now been confirmed that Snoopy may have a slight hearing impairment. We are unsure what may have caused this but the vet does have some hope that it may improve as he gets older but we have no way of really knowing. His carers are now working with him and teaching him some basic hand signals to help him understand what they are asking of him. They will be happy to share their knowledge and tips with Snoopy's lucky new family before he heads to his new home.
Snoopy came to us from a loving home where he was offered a lot of attention from his family. It will be very important for him that he is offered the same in his new home.
Snoopy likes to be inside with his family and in his foster home he is mostly inside but does like to venture outside to sniff around and have a nap in the warm weather.
Snoopy is currently in care with children and does enjoy their company. He is only small and will need a home where children understand that every dog needs their space and he will approach them when he feels comfortable to do so.
Snoopy is still young and has good amounts of energy. He enjoys going for walks at a good pace and enjoys an active lifestyle. He would like the company of a desexed doggy friend in his new home if his family will be out for long periods. He will not be suited to a home with a senior dog who would prefer to spend time as they will find Snoopy very annoying and pesky. He is currently sharing his home with other dogs. He is happy in their company but is a bit unsure about how to play with them. He may learn how to enjoy games with them if he was matched to a social dog who enjoys interacting with others.
Snoopy will require regular grooming to keep his coat in good condition and to keep him feeling comfortable
If you would like to offer Snoopy a place in your home we look forward to hearing from you.
Snoopy is currently in Ballarat, VIC
Medical notes
Snoopy has been desexed, microchipped and vaccinated. He has also been regularly flead and wormed.
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
