About Little Nell
Little Nell is simply a sweetheart. She looks at her humans longingly and loves to be stroked. She isn't a big fan of cuddles but she has taken to snuggling up into her foster carer's neck.
Little Nell plays well with her foster cat buddies but really wants more human attention to herself. She is living with a sibling and they are both well litter trained and tidy little cats in their cage during the night.
In the daytime she plays with the toys and other cats but often can be seen sitting at the glass door looking pleadingly at anyone who passes to be let in to where the humans are. She had a tough start in life as one of many in a colony of three breeding females where there was never enough food to go around. She is small for her age but lacks nothing in eagerness to trust humans in spite of how they treated her. Nell has gone from a terrified little girl to confident and seeking out what she wants.
If you let Little Nell into your heart she will fill it to bursting.
Medical notes
She had a tough start in life, coming from a home with 3 unsterilised females, lots of kittens and not always enough food. As a result of the living conditions she has had ringworm. She doesn't have any lesions present now but an adopter should be aware that it has been in her recent environment. Little Nell still has a bit of weight to gain to play catch up but she eats well.
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely animals. We love them all and we hope you will too.
If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
