About Ralphie (566)
From Ralphie: My name is Ralphie and I'm on the prowl for a furever family. I need peoples. Peoples of my own. I need to sit next to you on the lounge. I love lying up against your leg or putting my paws on you. I'll also need to nap with you and sleep on your bed. I need to be fed gorgeous nom-noms. I like to see what you're up to. Like all my siblings and foster siblings I'm a massive fan of the shreddy chicken tenderloins and some gourmet beefy mince. We leap over each other to get to the communal dinner plate!
I was caught along with my brothers and sisters and brought into care. To be honest, I was more than a bit terrified. I had my brother's and sisters to protect. But, it took time with soothing voices, gentle hands and warm embraces for me to finally relax. I held out the longest! I was determined not to soften! I was tough. Super tough. Tough. Now I'm one of the softest. I now know what love is. And I cannot get enough. Can you find it in your heart to love me?
From Ralphie's Foster Momma: I was tasked with the job of showing Ralphie and his 4 siblings love. A scared little family of five: Ralphie, Rabbit, Rumble-Purr, Rufus, Riley. They needed some support in learning that people are good, and that life consists of safety, warmth, a soft bed and food. Ralphie is a total success story and I am so proud of him. He has come so very far. In fact, he's purring next to me as I write his profile! He has the most gorgeous facial markings. He has a black and white silky satiny coat which is an absolute delight to stroke. He has a sleek athletic frame. He's an interested little cat who is curious about you and what you are doing. He and his siblings have spent weeks playing with each other and running amok up and down the hallway and living room. They love chasing and wrestling one another.
Ralphie has been cared for in a home with other foster kittens, kitten-friendly adult cats, and cat friendly dogs. Ralphie and his siblings were also 'raised' by one of my cats Sassafras who acted as their cat-daddy; he groomed them and helped them learn to engage respectfully with adult cats. Because Ralphie has never been alone, a home with other cats, cat friendly dogs, or even better, one of his brothers and/or sisters would be awesome. If you adopt Ralphie and one of his siblings, there is a reduced adoption fee. I think all my foster kittens are perfect. Ralphie certainly is.
He's been fed a high quality diet of quality raw and cooked meats and Royal Canin kitten food. He's fully toilet trained.
