Nasira

Introducing beautiful Nasira!

This little lady is playful, sweet and gorgeous all rolled into one. Nasira thoroughly enjoys playtime, exploring the yard and running around with her sisters. She is also into toys and games with people. But when all the fun time is over she is more than happy to curl up on the lounge with you and fall asleep. Nasira will also just climb into her foster carers lap and lay there getting pats while she watches what is happening around her. She enjoys pats and affection and will give you a kiss if you let her.

During her time in care, Nasira has been well socialised with a range of dogs of various sizes. She meets new dogs with a waggy tail and is building her confidence day by day. Nasira enjoys playing with other dogs but doesn’t particularly like rough play unless it is with her sisters. She will grow into a decent sized dog and will require daily exercise to keep her healthy and happy throughout her life. Nasira is likely to enjoy going on adventures with her new family and stretching her legs at off-lead dog parks or beaches.

Nasira has begun basic training while in care which includes sitting for a yummy treat and walking on a lead. She is food motivated and smart, though eager to move onto the next activity. As she is just a pup, it is vital that Nasira’s new family are committed to continuing her training and socialisation. This can be achieved by attending puppy school and/or dog training classes which is a great way to bond with her. Nasira is crate trained and sleeps through the night only letting you know if she needs a toilet. She is also progressing well with her toilet training.

We are looking for a home where Nasira will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities and outings. She will require a home with another friendly dog and/or someone home more often than not so that she can be kept company. Nasira should be allowed inside the house to be with the family and will need a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on at night out of the weather. At this stage Nasira has not met other types of animals, though with the correct training and introductions there is no reason why she should not be able to live harmoniously with others.
