Hi My name is Max!
I am an 11 year old Russian Blue. I am very handsome, more of the strong and silent type. My owners had to move away and couldn't take me. This makes me sad, so I am a very shy and cautious until I can get to know you and my surroundings. I spend most of the day snoozing, coming out every now and them from out of my hiding place for a little look around, a bite to eat and drink and a pat and head scratch from my humans. I like my foster mum and dad as they are nice and quiet and give good scratches around my head and ears. They even let me sleep on the bed sometimes, but I don't mind if they send me to the other room. I don't meow at the door like some other cats. I like to sit up on the lounge now on my little bunny rug while they are watching TV. My foster mum and dad try to encourage me to play with toys and I humor them by making an attempt. But, I really couldn't be bothered. I'm way too mature for that! I am looking for a nice quiet and peaceful home to spend the rest of my years. Can I come over to your place and curl up on your bed?

Adoption Process
We send out our application to the new potential family and when our forms are returned we start a process called screening. When we have finished our screening and all information that comes back is approved. We do a meet and greet, sometimes more than two. If all parties are happy, we then allow our foster furkid go into your home. After 3 weeks sometimes more, we do a revisit and see how everyone is going, then we change over microchip registration if everything is great.
