Sebastian (blind)

Sebastian who is brother to Quinn is also blind and had he's eyes removed due to badly being infected when coming into care.
Sebastian is not like he's brother he's a little more out going and adventurous and likes to smooch your legs and nibble your toes when he finds you.
He is getting better with being picked up but still a little unsure.
A home with older children is best suited
And must remain indoors at all times
