About Indy
Hi there! My name is Indy!
I have been rescued and cared for by the volunteers at the RSPCA Gunnedah branch.
I am a beautiful friendly happy girl. In my foster home I got on well with the other dogs my size but I'm not too sure how to play with smaller dogs. They didn't want to play rough and wrestle so I decided to just stick with the big dogs for our play times.
I just love to play and run around. I really really enjoy swimming in the river and launching myself into the water to fetch sticks. I also really love playing with a ball. I can fetch it and bring it back to you to throw again. I'm very clever. I love going for car rides and can jump into the ute myself! I also love to have a bath. I find it relaxing and I love to be cuddled and pampered.
I love to talk to people and tell them all about my thoughts and ideas. I'm a big girl and I have a big bellowing voice so I'm sorry if I startled you. I'm just saying "Hi" and telling you a story. Sometimes I cry out when I get lonely so I need understanding and patience.
I'm a loving gentle dog but I may be too strong for small children and children who aren't used to big dogs.
I will need to meet any other dogs from my new family before I leave my friends at Petbarn to make sure that they are happy for me to share their home. I need a fully fenced secure yard.
