About Scrappy
Scrappy is a very gorgeous gentlemen with a very adorable and expressive face! Scrappy loves kids and even has a cat as his buddy at home. Although Scrappy doesn't dig, he unfortunately thinks he has a bit of a green thumb and likes to pull plants out of the ground so will be seeking a home where there are established trees or has a garden out of his reach. Scrappy would suit being an only dog as he can get bossy with other dogs. He is only a youngster so is still very trainable and perhaps with the right owners who would have plenty of time to work through his couple of issues, he would be a brand new boy. Adoption details
Fraser Coast Animal Rescue house all our dogs in care with foster carers in family homes. This allows the dogs to experience life in family situations with other dogs, cats, children, chooks and various other domestic animals. This gives us an opportunity to discover their traits and personalities, likes and dislikes, and which dogs would suit which family dinamics.
We offer a 14 day trial period for all potential adoptees so they can see if the dog they have chosen is a fit with their family situation. Their is a $50 refundable deposit paid on the commencement of the trial period, which comes off the balance of the adoption fee should you wish to formally adopt your chosen dog. If you decide that the dog doesn't fit with your family, the dog will be retured into foster care, and the full balance of the deposit is refunded to you with no fees or charges.
