About Mumma Bear ** 2nd Chance Cat Rescue**
ADOPTION DAY Saturday 8th April from 11am - 2pm at
Jumbo Animal Supplies, 9 Chapel Street, Lynbrook

$50 Adoption Fee
Mumma Bear is a cuddly friendly cat , she loves to be around you and to explore. Recently she went into the cat enclosure and despite not knowing any of the other cats there made she friends straith away.
At the vet's we were told that she was interested in the vet nurse's dog while she was waiting to get desexed.
She is the mum of our Bear kittens and we still have some. So if you like to adopt a mum and her kitten, Mumma Bear would be a great match. With her friendly personality and easy to settle in she would be a fantastic cat to bring home.

Adoption details
All our cats and kittens are:
* desexed,
* micro-chipped,
* vaccinated and
* worm and flea treated.
ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE
We ask that you complete an Adoption Questionnaire before we make arrangements for you to meet a cat or kitten. This is to ensure that we find the best possible match for you and the cats/kittens in our care.
PROCEDURE
1. Please send an e-mail to: 2ndchancecatrescuevic@gmail.com
2. You will be e-mailed our Adoption Questionnaire
3. Complete the Adoption Questionnaire and send (e-mail) back to us.
4. If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
If the adoption is going ahead, we ask that you pay on the day of adoption the fee as stated on the cat's profile .
Please note that we only accept cash.
We hand over a signed Change of Ownership form which you will need to send to the Microchip company after the two week trial period has expired.
PLEASE BE PATIENT
2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a home-based rescue group and most of our volunteers are working full-time so we hope that you understand that it may take 1-2 days to get back to you.
