About Walter (262)
Walter is the only boy among his three sisters. In fact he was the last one to find his purr. Walter and his sisters needed a bit of tender loving care and support in learning the humans aren't scary and mean gentleness, love and care. I was actually in the bathroom cleaning up after the kittens playtime and giving them pats as I cleaned. I heard the loudest noise coming from beside the vanity. It was a rumble unlike any other rumble and it was echoing from the gap between the vanity unit and the shower screen. I couldn’t work out who was purring so loudly. Lo and behold it was Walter! He also had the biggest look of surprise upon his face. So did I. He discovered his purr and he had no idea what it was! He’s small, but like a little black and white lion, he has a mighty mighty purr. Once we both recovered from the shock of colossal purring, he's not looked back! Purr. Purr. Purr. Now he's found it, he's not shy in dishing out the purrs! You know you need yourself a healthy serving of some Walteresque purring! Come and get it!
He’s a fantastic eater with strong appetite. He loves poached chicken. Don't touch is poached chicken. While he has a fabulous purr, he's also got a ridiculously cute don't-touch-a-boys-chicken-kitten-growl!
Walter’s Loves: Feeding time: breakfast, lunch time, dinner, midnight snack. Fresh shredded poached chicken tenderloins (Don't touch them. They're his). Growling while he eats his chicken tenderloins. Playing with balls with bells and thick ribbons. Playing catch and pounce with his sisters. Back massages and pats. Playing soccer with scrunched up balls of paper. Fruit boxes with holes for poking paws through to bop his unsuspecting sisters on the head. Playing with his sisters Wilhelmina, Wanda, and Willow. Using one of his sisters as a pillow/chin rest. Being adopted and loved unconditionally.
Walter’s Dislikes: Sitting still and posing for profile photos. He's a busy boy with things to do. Thunderstorms. Vacuums. People who touch his poached chicken tenderloins. Not having chicken tenderloins in his life and tummy.
These little ones have grown up in a home with each other, kitten friendly adult cats and two cat friendly dogs. It’s time for them to find their own homes where they can be showered with love and attention. So essentially, they’re gorgeous, they’re socialised, they’ve lived in a home environment and as far as I’m concerned they’re perfect! You’d be blessed to have these tuxedo fluff balls in your hearts and homes.
I would love, absolutely love for Walter to be adopted with one of his sisters. In fact any one of them as they all snuggle with one another at different times. I think he'd be a good match with Wilhelmina or Wanda. If you are interested in adopting two (and you really should be!) - Two kittens are great as they keep each other company and teach each other kitten-cat social skills. It’s a myth that cat’s don’t like company. They totally do! Two means they have someone to snuggle with and someone to play with when you’re not home. It's also incredibly entertaining watching two kitten’s play! This is in fact why I have no memory left on my phone. It's perfect really! You also get double the love, double the purr. Its a win win situation. Ask Brandon about the adoption fee for Walter and one of his awesome gorgeous siblings.
