Hi! I’m Amy and I’m as cute as the pictures look. I’m a sweetheart. I’m very playful and I’ve got quite a bit of energy for my age. I’m a bit like having a puppy around - without all the hassle. I adore playing fetch with my own special little ball. I could do this for hours. I’m a little bit timid when you first meet me but, after a proper meeting with you, I’ll warm up and you’ll see how sweet I really am.

I love my best mate Ozzy, but we’re ok apart if we have company. I’d really like to be with another dog in my new home, so that I don’t miss him too much and so I’ll have company if you’re not home. I haven’t been around children yet, but I have been around chooks – I don’t like them but they’re fun to chase. (Oops, I was in the dog-house for that). I don’t yap or bark, and I can amuse myself with the ball and chewing bones. I love going for walks, and I’m gradually forgetting the horrible days before I met my foster carers who make me feel safe. Ozzy is taking a little longer to forget those times, but I hope he can join me soon, or find a loving home somewhere too.
