About Miriam ** 2nd Chance Cat Rescue**
ADOPTION DAY Saturday 1st April from 11am - 2pm at
Jumbo Animal Supplies, 9 Chapel Street, Lynbrook

$50 Adoption fee, Miriam is a beautiful, affectionate and cheeky tabby who fell on very hard times when she fell pregnant at a young age. Then separated and locked out from where her children where taken care of, she developed mastitis. When we finally were able to get her she got rushed to the vet for an emergency operation.
Miriam has thrived in foster care and enjoys being spoiled and loved, We do hope her new owner will treat her like a little princess, she deserves nothing less.

Adoption details
All our cats and kittens are:
* desexed,
* micro-chipped,
* vaccinated and
* worm and flea treated.
ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE
We ask that you complete an Adoption Questionnaire before we make arrangements for you to meet a cat or kitten. This is to ensure that we find the best possible match for you and the cats/kittens in our care.
PROCEDURE
1. Please send an e-mail to: 2ndchancecatrescuevic@gmail.com
2. You will be e-mailed our Adoption Questionnaire
3. Complete the Adoption Questionnaire and send (e-mail) back to us.
4. If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
If the adoption is going ahead, we ask that you pay on the day of adoption the fee as stated on the cat's profile .
Please note that we only accept cash.
We hand over a signed Change of Ownership form which you will need to send to the Microchip company after the two week trial period has expired.
PLEASE BE PATIENT
2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a home-based rescue group and most of our volunteers are working full-time so we hope that you understand that it may take 1-2 days to get back to you.
