Pleased to meet you, my name is Harvey!

I'm a handsome young pup who has a lot of love to give. I was surrendered to Lort Smith when I fractured my pelvis and my owners were unable to afford the costs to fix it.

I have spent a number of months with some lovely foster carers who helped and guided me through my healing process. I'm excited to say that the veterinary team have given me the all clear to go and find a forever family!

I will need some further aftercare when I get into my new home like restricted exercise for approximately three months but the adoption staff will go through this with you.

I'm very friendly and sociable with other dogs. I need to be careful not to jump around and play too rough though as I do not want to further injure my pelvis whilst it is still healing, so it's best that if there is another dog in the home that they're not too boisterous.

My new family must commit to obedience training with me, I have a lot to learn, I promise I will try my best! I may be small and extremely handsome but I do have a large amount of energy to burn. I'm not quite a calm lap dog just yet but I'm working very hard on this. My new carers will need to be able to keep up with the grooming of my luscious fluffy coat.
