Deuce

How you doin'? My name is Deuce and I am a tall dark and handsome Dane, I get told everyday how big I am - even for a Dane.... I must say I do not mind all the attention one bit. People like to swoon over me, bask in my good looks and large stature. You see, I didn't have the best start, I missed a lot of that attention. Now I am in foster care I get all the love I deserve and then some!
So naturally I am seeking a home that will do the same. I am ok with mellow female dogs when introduced correctly, I developed a bit of lead reactivity so I don't like other dogs rushing up into my face. I would also happily be an only dog if my humans were home a bit. My perfect home would be one where I can hang in the house and yard with my humans and female companion, as mentioned, I am not a fan of walks or public areas with lots of other dogs. However, if dogs walk past my yard, I don't make a peep, just quietly watch them.
I have been behind 6 foot plus fencing so I would prefer sturdy fencing (5 foot plus) in my new home and I do get quite nervous when my humans leave for work (I like to remain a bit edgy to add to my reputation)....
So if you think you can admire me daily, spend lots of time with me and tell me how handsome I am on a regular basis, I guess it could work.
