About Kali
Looking for a small, cute, child friendly, active little doggie to join the family? Here I am.....
Kali is my name, and I'm still just a baby....so be prepared for lots of training, teething and excitement!
I'm currently being fostered in a family environment with 3 other dogs, 2 kids and my foster mum, who I love very much. Unfortunately, in my previous home, I missed out on a few important things...toilet training, manners, leash training and socialising with other dogs, so my foster mum has her work cut out for her.
In saying that though, I'm really quite clever and am learning so much already...I'm learning how to walk on leash, sit for my food/treats, take food gently from my humans, toilet training, play with toys and more importantly, how to meet new dogs and become friends. I'm really quite fond of my furry friends that live with me now and we play and play for hours. I just get a little nervous when meeting new doggie friends and warn them not to hurt me, but once I know they won't, we are best buddies.
Little humans are great....they love to play with me and give me lots of cuddles. I'm not too sure about bigger male humans sometimes and may need a little time to feel safe around them. Once you show me love though, I'll happily be your little shadow.
Food is the key to my heart and not at all fussy about what is served up for dinner, hence why training me will be easy. I have little springs in my feet and will amaze you with my jumping talents, but am slowly starting to realise, this is not always a good thing. Training Training Training.....is the key.
I'm looking for a home/family where I will have a little doggie companion to keep me company whilst my humans are away and who enjoys to play....alot! Given that I'm still young, chewing is part of my daily need/want, so will need plenty of bones/chew toys to occupy me. I do enjoy snuggling with my humans at bedtime and promise not to take up much room on the bed.
.My foster mum wants me to go to the best home possible so you'll need to convince her, why your home should be my home. I'm located in Lake Munmorah on the Central Coast, NSW.

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
