About Reggie
Reggie is a super friendly young man.
Friendly with all other dogs. Reg not only enjoys having another pooch around. He also loves people! He can't get enough of them. He loves company and needs someone around more often than no.
Reggie walks nicely on lead, has basic obedience and fully toilet trained. He learns quickly as he loves to please. So, he will take to what you ask of him with ease.
Playful and energetic. Reg requires a home where someone is able to exercise him for at least 1 hour per day, a backyard where he can run and a canine companion. Preferably, a desexed female.
Reggie must be crated when left alone as he gets anxious and can become destructive. But, he loves being in his crate. It's his safe space and he will be perfectly fine there. This is why he needs people around more often than not, a few hours max is the time he can regularly be left alone in his crate.
Reggie has a brilliant appetite and since being in foster care he has gained weight. He needs to be on puppy food for another 6 months as he is still filling out. Reg is not good with cats, pocket pets, or poultry. This is a typical trait in whippets. So, no cats etc for Reggie. He is good with kids.
If you think Reggie could be your perfect match. Please email us for a copy of our application form.
Medical notes
Reggie is in great health. He is desexed and up to date with vaccinations.
