Please meet Toots the JRT x and his best buddy Mooney who is a Shih Tzu x Silky Terrier. These 2 three year olds are a bonded pair and must be rehomed together.

While Toots loves the company of Mooney, he is very selective of his other canine friends and would be best not to be rehomed with dogs other than Mooney. Both Mooney and Toots have been tested with other cats here at the facility and neither seemed phased by them. We do believe that they would be able to be rehomed with existing cats in the family.

Toots and Mooney show no sign of food aggression or seperation anxiety. They can both be a little shy when meeting new people and being in unfamiliar places, however they do give each other confidence and it doesn't take long for their gorgeous personalities to shine through.

Both are very affectionate and love to be in the company of their human friends. While they don't seem overly interested in toys, they are very good at keeping each other amused and love to cuddle up on your lap for some quite time.

As they can both be a little timid, they would be best suited to a couple of family with children over the age of 12 as their exuberance may scare them.

Both Toots and Mooney enjoy being out and about for a walk exploring the world with you and both have very nice lead manners.

Toots and Mooney would love to find a new home where they are included as part of the family and can be involved in the day to day activities. Due to their timidness, they will need a patient owner who is prepared to take their time with them and give them time to settle into their new surroundings.

Toots and Mooney's adoption fee is $600 for the both of them and includes their desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. They are also regularly treated for flea and worms.
