About Tip
Tip is a lovely girl, who has been through a lot in the last few months! She was surrendered to the RSPCA by her owners while pregnant, and delivered her 9 beautiful puppies before being placed in foster care. She has been a great mum while her pups needed her, and now she is ready to find a forever home and some humans to love her.
Tip knows basic commands like 'sit', 'down' and 'no'. We are working on 'stay' and 'heel'. She's obedient and eager to please, just very enthusiastic! Tip is toilet trained and loves being inside with people. She has learned very quickly that not all humans want her on the furniture, but I'm sure she'd love it if you let her sit on the couch with you.
We are only just starting to get out for walks now the puppies have been vaccinated. She walks quite well on a leash, and will improve with more training. When we brought Tip home from the RSPCA, they told us she had been reactive with other dogs. However, she has been fine walking near them out on the street. Unsure how she will go at close quarters.
Tip will need to go to a home where she is the only dog, unless she finds a new home with one of her pups. She is a very friendly girl, and will need to be inside with her humans whenever they are home. An active family who can engage her in their lives and give her plenty of exercise will really get the best out of this beautiful girl.
