Tandy

Introducing Tandy, a 5 1/2 year old Foxy Cross.

Tandy was surrendered by her previous owner due to circumstances beyond their control. So now this adorable little girl is on the hunt for a wonderful new family and place to call home.

It took Tandy a little while to settle in to her new surroundings as she was missing her old owner. She is very loyal and loving so it was all a little overwhelming for Tandy.

Fast forward 8 weeks and she has blossomed back into a vibrant, happy and social girl.
Tandy LOVES her walks. She doesn't need to go too far, she just likes to get out and socialise at the beach or the dog park.
Tandy is a bit of a social butterfly and loves to greet people and other dogs for a pat and play. Tandy has been brought up going for a morning and afternoon walk so this routine is very important to her. Continuing this routine has really helped her to adjust to her new foster home. She walks well on the lead.

During the day Tandy enjoys lazing around in the sun out in the garden, chewing a bone, or following her carer around while they garden. She spends most of her day snoozing after her morning walk.
She is housetrained and sleeps inside. Tandy currently has access to inside and out during the day.
Tandy likes to have a quiet spot she can retreat to when she needs her own space, just until she gets to know her new family and surroundings.

Tandy is currently living with 3 male doggie brothers. She would be fine with another dog that wasn't too over the top, preferably male. Or being an only dog.

Tandy is great with children, and she travels well in the car.

Ideally Tandy would suit an active retired owner/couple or someone who worked from home.
