About Vidar
Anyone looking for a snuggle buddy?
Meet Vidar! He cannot get enough cuddles. Vidar is an energetic puppy who loves to run around and wrestle with other dogs but after a big play he wants nothing more than a cuddle buddy on the lounge and unlimited pats. He loves getting out and about whether it be wetting his feet at the beach or hanging out a café watching everybody pass by. Vidar likes to play with balls and will make a great fetch partner with a bit more practice.
During Vidar’s time in care he has been very well socialised and he gets to meet lots of different dogs every day and is learning how to interact appropriately with them. He is an independent pup who will lay in the sun for hours and play with a toy but his new family will still need to be committed to daily exercise, training and socialisation to keep him fit and happy.
Vidar is very food motivated which is making teaching him the basics a breeze, the little kangaroo hopping and backwards running he does when he sees food is just an added bonus. He is crate trained and sleeps all through the night. He has beautiful manners, in the morning he always waits to be invited out of his crate then runs straight outside to the toilet. Vidar is looking for a family that will further his training through dog training classes to help continue building his confidence.
Vidar likes to be a part of the action and would like a family that will include him in everyday activities and give him lots of love and attention. A family with someone that is home most of the time or a doggy companion is a must for Vidar to live a happy life. Although he loves the outdoors, he will need a comfy bed inside to sleep on at night time.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
