About Miss Cleo 💥 Affectionate Black Cat
Cleo was someone's pet once, but they didn't look after her and she ended up on a shed on a country property with three kittens, lost and starving. She was rescued and is one of the nicest cats we've ever had in care.
Cleo is a small, black cat with a short tail. She is cute as a button and loves to play. You will often find her playing with her mousie, going nuts for catnip, or sleeping in her cave.
She is old enough to be a quiet companion but young enough to enjoy playing.
Her fur is extremely fine and soft and will need the occasional brushing, to avoid too much shedding. Fortunately, she adores being brushed. She is also very quiet and loves to cuddle.
Vacuum cleaners don't scare her at all. Super affectionate and very into people, you could not find a better family cat.
Medical notes
Cleo has had all her vet work apart from her second vaccination (which can be included for an extra $30 from one of our vets). She is ready for adoption right now!
Please note: Cleo is not dog friendly... but great with other cats and loves people.
Adoption details
To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a house check and fill out an adoption contract.
We work with a network of independent and co-operative foster carers. This means that adoption fees may vary.
Deposits are accepted to hold cats & kittens before adoption - this deposit is not refundable (instalment payments can be arranged with the coordinator to pre-approved adopters).
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only unless stated otherwise on the ad.
Adoptions can be done with a two week foster to adopt arrangement for adult cats only.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to add a furry member to your family.
Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
