Buttercup

Buttercup has blossomed since joining her foster family, and has won their hearts with her spots, her curious and affectionate nature, and the funny faces she makes when she tries to look up at them.

Whether it’s a toy mouse, a life-sized toy rat, a feather on a stick, or a piece of paper, she loves to play. She’s the cutest ever monster under the bed, reaching out to gently tap a foot as it goes past, and also the household’s official door-greeter when her humans come home. She’s usually found somewhere she can observe what the humans are doing in case something interesting happens.

Buttercup is an affectionate girl who knows what humans are good for – the best head and neck scratches ever! Lately she has even been spotted having a cuddle or two with the children of the family, lying in their arms like a baby and purring up a storm.

She likes other cats and older children. Dogs make her puff up like a pompom at first but over time a friendly dog can win her over.
