About Opie
Opie is just a sweet gentleman who arrived into foster care with ease and has shown just how sweet and gentle he can be. He has an absolutely stunning great Dane personality and would make such a lovely member to anyone's family. He adores cuddling with his foster parents and rumbling with the doggies in care.
Opie has shown to enjoy the company of other dogs and we would recommend he is rehomed into a house with another dog. Any size or gender suits Opie, he isn't fussed and is in foster care with over 10 different types of dogs. If he was to be an only dog, we would suggest it is to a home with someone home more often than not as he doesn't seem to know how to cope with being left alone for 10 hours a day.
He is also good with cats and amazing with kids. He loves humans and if you want a dog that adores attention and pats; Opie is your man
Opie is both toilet trained and crate trained, has shown to have good recall and on and off leash skills and has his basic obedience down pat. He loves a car ride and is good with water as well. He would love to be in a home where he is allowed inside and included in the family
He is located on the central coast at ourimbah and is ready to go to his new home now.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
