My name is Derek, Derek Zoolander and I'm a model, a model Guinea Pig that is, just check out my delightful head of hair!

I am a clever and sociable little man so it is important that my new family provide me with lots of entertainment and enrichment or I may become bored. This means I will get ample exercise outside of my hutch every day so I can stretch my legs and stay happy!

Guinea pigs are social creatures by nature, so given the opportunity to meet and reside with another little friend, my true personality will blossom!

I haven't spent lots of time with humans so I may take a little while to warm up because I can be shy. With the right amount of love, patience and good nutritious food, I will make an excellent pet that will bring joy to your world.
