About Charlie ~ male cattle x boxer pup (on trial 2/03)
Introducing Charlie! This super cute cattle x boxer puppy is 10 weeks old and ready to find his forever home.
Charlie is a sweet natured puppy who adores people and with give you kisses all day. He loves to play and when he is finished playing will curl up for a snooze beside you. He is a brave and confident pup and loves to wrestle with the older dogs and can hold his own ground if they get too rough.
Charlie adores children and can’t get enough of their company. He is happy to spend time inside or outside. He is still learning that outside is for going to the toilet, but he is learning fast. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
Charlie is a very smart pup with a big heart and smile. He enjoys playing with his toys. He will grow to a medium sized dog - he is more cattle then boxer. This boy would suit someone that is able to be home a fair bit with him as he will still need a lot of training and will require regular exercise once he is a bit bigger. He would love a home with a doggy friend to play with.
Charlie is a very sweet boy and is a real little gem his new family will be very lucky to have him.
As Charlie is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
If you would like to adopt Charlie, please fill in a adoption questionnaire and email it to his foster mum Amanda at amanda.rescue1@gmail.com (the link to the questionnaire is http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf) Charlie is in foster care in Rutherford, NSW (west of Newcastle).

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
