Hi I'm Lilley! I'm an active independent 12-year-old Maltese.

Like most mature ladies I love my daily routines - playing with my toys and relaxing with my foster carer. But one of my favourite things is when I get to ride on my carer's motorised scooter as a reward for keeping her company.

I like to take a pride in my appearance and my home too. I enjoy being groomed and bathed and my carer always tells me that I'm such a respectful housemate never causing any problems or creating any mess around the place.

Since I haven't had the best luck with strangers so far it can be hard for me to trust them and because I'm only small children make me feel nervous too. So I'm looking for a special human companion with whom I can form a loving bond for the rest of my golden years. Someone patient and experienced with dogs who will guide me gently and help me regain trust.

I'm currently living in the Bega Valley Shire (approximately 500kms south of Sydney) and ready to get settled into my forever home. I'm vet checked desexed microchipped vaccinated and wormed. And following my recent dental upgrade the vet tells me that I'm in great health for my age!
