About Zoe
My name is Zoe. I am a a super tiny female Fox Terrier x. I am approximately 10 years old.
I don't know why and I don't know how, but I ended up scared and alone in what humans call a pound. For 10 days, I lived on concrete and waited patiently for my family to come and collect me. They never came.
I was hot, scared and alone. Humans would walk past my cage and say 'her time is up'. I don't know what exactly that meant, it didn't sound nice, so I became more frightened.
One afternoon I was taken out of my cage and put in a truck. Little did I know my luck was about to change.
I was handed over to a human. A tall one and a few little ones. After a cuddle and being spoken to nicely, I got the felling I was going to be okay.
I was given a bath followed by lots more cuddles! Cuddles from everyone! I got my own soft bed and fell asleep inside in front of the air conditioner.
I learnt these people would become my foster family! I have come out of my shell. I am a super happy girl who LOVES children, other dogs and cats don't bother me at all.
I may be tiny but I have a big, loving personality! I love nothing more than to follow the kids around the yard or snuggle up for my doggy foster brothers.
I love playing outside and enjoy being inside around my people. I am toilet trained and will use a puppy pad at night if I can't hold on. After a few weeks in care I finally figured out how to use this little door that the cat uses! I can now be inside or outside whenever I want. I think it's called a cat flap, but I am definitely a dog!
My foster family say, I am the best little dog ever and will find my forever family soon. I hope this is the case. Ideally I would love a home with children and another dog (who can keep me company when my new family are busy).
