About Pippy (applications closed)
Little Pippy is just the sweetest puppy ever!! She is very friendly and loving, loves cuddles and playing with our resident dogs. She loves her toys although she will tear up things with stuffing. She has a favourite duck that is like a stuffed toy but it doesn't actually have stuffing and these toys are her all time favourites. I would have sent that with her to her new home but she has played tug of war with a kelpie and poor duck is now very worse for wear. She will also take shoes or other things left laying around so she does need to be supervised.
I think Pippy would be best suited to a home where there is a friendly resident dog for her to snuggle and bond with. She is also great with gentle children so i think a family with children over 8 or so would also be suitable. They would need to be gentle though because she is very small weighing in at 4kg and i believe she will remain very small as an adult. She would benefit from having someone around as she loves company and she does need to be allowed indoors, including for sleeping, but she likes to go out and play with her doggy friends.
Pippy was very scared around my dogs when she first arrived but after a few days she warmed up and now loves them, so this is not something that will be automatic, she will need a couple of days to gain her confidence.
Please be aware that i do work so i cannot respond to emails immediately. I only have 1 Pippy available so i apologise in advance to those who miss out on adopting her!
Medical notes
Pippy has been desexed and has also had a small umbilical hernia removed at the time of her desexing surgery.
