About Billy ~ Bull Terrier x Jrt (on trial 17/02/17)
Say hi to Billy. Billy is a playful Bull Terrier x Jack Russell, 9 months old. He is full of life, full of energy and just loves to hang with his human family. He has the sweetest nature, and his tail is always wagging! He loves his little dog house on the back deck, where he can keep a watchful eye on everything. He enjoys chewing anything that squeaks. He is great with other dogs and he likes two short walks a day. He is a medium sized dog.
Being still a youngster, Billy is a work in progress and would benefit from further training such as attending a training class. He loves to come inside and be with his people but does get a bit excited. With more maturity and training he will be an excellent family dog. He is very eager to please and is very smart and loving.
Billy is good at being home all day. He will give you a happy greeting when you get home and then it's playtime. Due to his high energy he is best suited to a family with teenage children or older. And he adores men!
Billy will make a great little mate!

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
