Dolly is the result of a back yard breeder. She was sold at 5 weeks although the new home was told she was 12 weeks.
She has been in care since November and she is now ready to go to her permanent home. Being a kelpie she needs to go to an active home with either property or a large back yard. She is great with other dogs, big and small, she doesn't care but she can be in their faces a bit.
She can walk on a lead and has the basics in training but she gets distracted with other dogs around so the training isn't brilliant. She loves going out in the morning, having a big play with her friends, then loves to come in for breakfast and sleeps a good couple of hours.
she sleeps in a crate at night and is crate trained but still hasn't got the hang of not peeing inside yet..
Dolly will need to go to a home where she will get training and socializing and regular exercise.
She is quite confident and well socialized and isn't bothered by traffic or loud noises, loves people too.
her recall isn't brilliant but she is getting better.
