About Petunia
Petunia is a gorgeous little pocket rocket. She is extremely energetic and always on the move!
This little girl is looking for a home where she will receive lots of exercise to burn off her stored up energy.
Petunia is yet to learn her basic commands. Her carer if making some positive progress when she will stop long enough to listen.
A home with an active lifestyle and children aged 10+ will be a good match for her. She likes to be involved in everything going on and has lots of enthusiasm. She needs to learn some boundaries when its play time. She can get a bit over excited and nippy. Part of the game is to grab the toy first or catch people so would be better suited to older children for this reason.
Petunia will be looking for a home with an experienced and consistent owner where she will go on daily walks to offer her lots of stimulation and socialisation with people and other dogs.
She loves company and tries to push her way to the front of the other dogs so she can get extra pats and cuddles.
There are other dogs in her foster home who she gets along really well with. She will not cope well being left on her own for long periods of time.
She needs a very secure yard with high fences and no gaps.
Petunia is almost toilet trained but may need the occasional reminder. She sleeps inside at night to feel safe and hangs on until she is let out in the morning.
Her current foster home has rabbits that Petunia is extremely interested in so she will be looking for a home with no cats or smaller animals.

Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
