About Dusty
Hi my name is Dusty, I am a relaxed and very easy going boy (and also a good looker!). My 2 brothers (Ash and Jack) and I have been in foster care since we were young pups and I just don't understand why we haven't been adopted! I'm good with children and other dogs and my foster carer says I am an absolute delight to have around. I love everyone I meet and am very social. I love to play and get lots of pats and attention from my humans and I love having naps with my carers too. Even though I am a good dog, I will need a properly fenced yard so I don't get tempted to go sight seeing. This is the only little requirement I have and I really hope it doesn't mean I don't get to find my 'happily ever after.'
I would love to meet anyone who thinks they might have space in their family for me. I'm sure I can win your hearts over if you would just give me the chance! I look forward to meeting you!
-Dusty
Medical notes
Dusty is micro-chipped. Transfer of documents will be done upon adoption.
Adoption details
Fraser Coast Animal Rescue house all our dogs in care with foster carers in family homes. This allows the dogs to experience life in family situations with other dogs, cats, children, chooks and various other domestic animals. This gives us an opportunity to discover their traits and personalities, likes and dislikes, and which dogs would suit which family dinamics.
We offer a 14 day trial period for all potential adoptees so they can see if the dog they have chosen is a fit with their family situation. Their is a $50 refundable deposit paid on the commencement of the trial period, which comes off the balance of the adoption fee should you wish to formally adopt your chosen dog. If you decide that the dog doesn't fit with your family, the dog will be retured into foster care, and the full balance of the deposit is refunded to you with no fees or charges.
If you wish to arrange a meet and greet with one of our dogs in care, please call Caitlyn on 0455551036 or email caitlyn.hulse@hotmail.com
The committee and carers of Fraser Coast Animal Rescue are all volunteers, so please be patient with us if we dont answer your enquiries straight away.
