Well Hello there,

Let me introduce myself! My name is Doakes!

I first presented at Lort Smith with a broken leg. My owner believes that I was unfortunately hit by a car. My owner could not afford the surgery and most importantly could not do cage confinement and physiotherapy for 6 weeks so they allowed the lovely staff at Lort Smith take care of me, send me out to a loving foster home for 6 weeks and then adopt me out to a perfect home.

Now, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I would describe myself as a calm, very affectionate, quite confident young chap. I do like attention however I am fine with doing my own thing and exploring my surroundings.

I also should mention that I will have to be an indoor only cat, not only because of my lighter features but because I have had a broken leg.

I do sometimes scare easily so maybe a quieter home would be best for me.
