About Molly ~ Mastiff X Great Dane (On Trial 12/3/17)
Molly is a 4 year old Mastiff X Great Dane. She is a big teddy bear, smart, active, affectionate and warm. She loves cuddles and following her humans around her home. She is also happy sitting on her doggie bed or beside you on the lounge. She is housetrained and has very good manners inside.
Molly loves going on walks, and playing with people. She will need a human who likes to take her out every day, or someone who lives on a property with a large backyard to play in.
Molly is able to follow basic commands. She has learnt quickly and will continue to learn more if some time is spent with her. Her foster carers have been feeding her a diet of dry food, canned food and mince meat.
Molly loves walks, but will need someone to commit to regular training as she pulls on the lead and is strong. She will need at least 6 foot fences as she sails over low fences with ease. Her ideal home would be in an only dog home, however she may be able to live with another dog who is passive and can deal with Molly's energy. She is fine to live with cats.
Molly will be a great companion to someone who is willing to spend some time with her and continue her training. She will give her owner a lot of love and pleasure.
For more information or to meet Molly, please contact Sue by phone/text 0419 634 957 or email suemasens65@hotmail.com. Molly is in foster care in Newcastle, NSW.
Molly's adoption fee is $100 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
