Mylo ~ border collie x (on trial 11/2/17)

Hello there! My name is Mylo and I’m a 2yo, male, border collie x. I’m a pretty clever guy who has recently learnt to sit, shake, drop and stay; it only took me a few lessons too, pretty smart hey! Or maybe I’m just tricking my foster human and I already know these tricks; regardless she gives me a treat!

I love being around my foster humans and will sleep whilst they are busy around the house. I love going for long walks every day and enjoy keeping busy. I do tend to get a little sad when I’m left on my own for long periods of time, although I do not bark or try to escape, I'm such a good boy! My ideal home would be where I have lots of human interactions and can be a part of the family; or maybe I just need a doggy friend, who knows. I will enjoy the challenge of training and I am a fast learner.

Whilst living with my foster human, I sleep inside of a night-time. I rest quietly on my bed the whole night and never have any accidents inside. I told you I’m a very good boy! I have a short coat which is easy to maintain which just the odd bath and brushing.

Since being in care, I have not lived other animals or children. But I have made some lovely doggy friends and I have been nice towards other dogs, even the ones that have barked at me. When children come up to me, I’m happy for them to pat me. I'm not bothered when my foster mum comes near me while I'm eating.

I guess you’d like to know some more about me, like my hobbies and interests, etc. Well if you have a fly problem in your house, I’m your guy. I am one brilliant flycatcher! When my human goes out, I love to chew on raw bones and enjoy getting the treats out of my kong toy. I have lots of toys which keep me busy. My favourite game is being chased around the yard whilst my foster human pretends to try to take my toys off me; oh the fun we have!

I don’t want to boast, but I am a very beautiful boy! I’m loyal and just want to be loved. Will you give me my forever home? I’ll love you forever, I promise!
