He hasn't been treated well in his past so an experienced chihuahua owner is needed for him who is patient and has time to spend giving him alot of love and reassurance.
Jack is best on his own with no other dogs as he needs tlc.
Jack is so loving and will be so loyal to you and will be your shadow.
He is very good at following directions and is learning new commands everyday.
