About Isla
Isla is the sweetest wee girl, she's one of those pups that just makes you laugh because she's a bit uncoordinated at times...lol. She loves to be outside and likes to think she is helping with anything you are doing in the yard from pruning to weeding she's your girl. She has a very gentle nature and is great with kids.
Isla comes from a large litter of 10, all beautiful girls. During her birth her mum has accidentally torn her ear so she has one slightly less than perfect one, but it just adds to her character. She is a very happy go lucky girl, loves everybody and not much phases her. She is very respectful with other dogs and has been fostered with her sister and 2 large dogs. Isla is pretty much toilet trained and is very quickly picking up basic obedience, she knows how to, sit ,drop, look and shake hands. She is quite an independent wee girl, she loves to be with her people but is also happy to play on her own. She doesn't mind sleeping inside or outside on patio and sleeps through the night. I think Isla is going to be a big gentle girl that will fit in with any family dynamic.

Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
Harvey Dog Training supports SHARI and has kindly offered to provide our adopted animals 30% off training/obedience classes. If you are keen to enrol your new puppy/dog please mention this in your email to us!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application must be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer. You must bring your dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
3. The animal must not be taken on the day unless prior arranged (travelling over a 2 hr round trip). If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment details will be given, this can take 2-3 days to finalize before the meet & greet so please give time.
4. 10 day trial period commences
5. Adoption is finalized after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
