Rocky

Rocky arrived at the shelter with his best friend Bindi as their owners were moving and couldn't take them with them. Ideally it would be best if Rocky and Bindi are rehomed together as they are bonded. He would love an active family that will take him on daily walks and be included in the family activities. Rocky will benefit from the use of a training aid such as a halti or chest harness due to being strong on lead. Rocky has basic obedience (sit & stay) and has the desire to learn more.
In his last home Rocky didn't get on well with cats so it's best that there are none in his new home. He is social with other calm dogs so if there is another dog in his new home please bring them into the shelter for a meet and greet to ensure they will be great pals. I would best suit a home with children over 10 years as I'm a little unsure of them.
His low maintenance coat will only require a quick brush and a bath when he gets dirty. His new yard will need minimum 5-foot fencing without any holes or gaps to keep him secure. Soft toys are his favourite so he would be thrilled if there were plenty of these in his new home. If you have room for beautiful Rocky in your life please come in and meet him today.
