Hi, my name’s Rex, and I’m looking for a new family to love me… could it be yours?

I’m a happy go lucky fella, I love people and kids (yes, I have lived with kids before!). I have lived with a cat, and my last owner was a very good leader, and she wouldn’t allow me to chase the cat, even though sometimes I felt like I wanted to, so I listened to her. I love a bit of toast for breakfast in the morning, and I also love a ride in the car!

I’m a little bit anxious about other dogs, so it’s best if I go to a home where I’ll be the only dog… and then I can get ALL your love! I need you to take me to obedience school, so that you can learn how to be the strong fair leader I need, just like all Staffords do. Just like all Staffords as well, you’ll need to walk me every day, as that’s good for both you and me! I’ve yet to have my temperament test done, so the people at SRV will be able to tell you more about my behavior when that’s done, but my previous owner says that I’m a pleasant, loyal boy, whom she thinks would become a really great dog with training. She also thinks, as do the people at SRV, that I need to live with someone who’s home a lot of the time, so probably someone who works from home or is retired.

My photos aren’t really too good, they don’t do me justice! I have a lovely glossy coat, and I’m a very handsome boy! I’m sure the ladies at SRV will have some good pictures taken of me soon!
