About Bailey
This dear girl is very friendly, leaning in for cuddles as soon as you'll let her! This lovely girl would do well with consistent socialisation, confidence building and training.
HANDLING – This dear girl was quite wary when she first met us - at first flighty and timid but very friendly and leaned in on people as soon as they introduced themselves. She really loved the attention.
HEALTH – Her tail is docked to about a quarter of its original length. No health issues evident.
TRAINING She knows “sit” for treats but nothing else was evident. But she has such a soft puppyish body and eyes and was responsive to the handler so should be quite trainable.
WALKING ON LEAD She walked quite well with a loose lead looking to her handler for direction.
BALL/TOY FOCUS She very much wanted to play but had no idea how to do this - possibly due to the slippery floor!
DOG TO DOG She was very keen to meet another dog though was not overly pushy. He avoided her but did permit her to sniff his rear end. This she did quite appropriately.
Adoption details
The adoption process at the Companion Animal Facility is relatively easy. Once you have decided on which future pet you would like to adopt from the facility, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Companion Animal Facility by either cash, cheque or eftpos, provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic. This usually falls within 14 days of the purchase).
The following are the re-homing fees for dogs and cats,
Entire Dog - $260.00
De-sexed Dog - $160.00
Entire Cat - $180.00
De-sexed Cat - $110.00
The following is included with all sales,
Microchipping (identification details will be placed on the NSW Companion Animal Register)
Lifetime Registration (within NSW)
Vaccination
Worm Treatment
Vet Check
De-sexing (if required)
Please Note: All dogs and cats rescued from the Companion Animal Facility are required to be de-sexed. Dogs and cats will not be sold as entire under any circumstances.

Please Note: The Goulburn Mulwaree Council Companion Animal Facility is closed on Sundays and all public holidays.
